These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with ThePeptideProtocol. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products sold on this site are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and must not be used as drugs, food, cosmetics or supplements. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a researcher, laboratory worker or other qualified professional buying the products solely for lawful laboratory research, and that you will handle them accordingly.

You are responsible for making sure that buying, importing, possessing and using these products is lawful where you are.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or country to use this site or place an order.

3. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change at any time. Product photos are for illustration. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you have made.

5. Orders and payment

We accept Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are emailed to you after you place your order. Your order is reserved when you place it and ships once your payment arrives. We may cancel orders that remain unpaid.

6. Shipping

• Within Canada: $20 flat rate, free on orders of $150 or more.
• Outside Canada: $75 flat rate per order. International orders are sold in sealed cases of 10 vials and usually take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged in your country.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided for research use as described on their product pages and certificates of analysis. Except as stated in these terms or required by law, we make no other promises about the products, including their fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Site content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to ThePeptideProtocol. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which ThePeptideProtocol operates.

12. Changes to these terms
